The same year Simian released their single ‘Never Be Alone’, a remix turned up on Ten Records. It started life as a competition submission by the French electronic duo Justice. The label settled on the title ‘We Are Your Friends’ by Justice Vs. Simian to mark the shift from electro rock to electro dance. The result was a huge raucous dancefloor chant.
