Jimi Hendrix again

‘All Along the Watchtower’ had been released by Bob Dylan on his John Wesley Harding album just six months earlier, when the Hendrix hurricane hit. Released on Electric Ladyland, Hendrix transformed the song into something phenomenal. The energy and dynamics of the solo guitar work beggars belief. Beggars, jokers, thieves. Have a great weekend.
