I got hold of Chance The Rapper’s Acid Rap mixtape over the weekend. Oh yes…. this is good. Chancelor Bennett is from the musical hub that is Chicago. But at only 20, the number of influences will be limited, but they are very current. You can hear Kendrick Lamar, Kanye and a lot of confidence from someone so young. ‘Everything’s Good (Good Ass Outro)’ is the last track, but he knew it was fly when he was just a caterpillar.
